The Ventura Group is proud to announce its participation in the ROTC Functional Support Program. This effort provides needed assistance to the US Army Cadet Command to aid in recruiting, administration, training, retention and eventual commissioning of cadets though participating colleges, institutes and universities. ROTC is the principal source for our Army’s commissioned officers (versus graduates of the US Military Academy at West Point and the Officer’s Candidate School at Fort Benning Georgia along with direct commissions offered certain professionals like lawyers, doctors and chaplains) and the ROTC Functional Support Program is integral to their success.
