Duties:

  • Provides help desk support for client LMS and Student Management system (via phone and email).
  • Provide support to other system administrator(s):
  • Review and manage all new account creation requests LMS and Student Management systems.
  • Work with client for uploading or modifying the LMS servers of e-Learning courses.
  • Maintain system administration of servers and software with client support.
  • Work closely with client to ensure the services are available and fully operational on the enterprise networks.
  • Maintain an awareness of any cyber issues that may affect the system delivery or unauthorized access to the system.
