- Provides help desk support for client LMS and Student Management system (via phone and email).
- Provide support to other system administrator(s):
- Review and manage all new account creation requests LMS and Student Management systems.
- Work with client for uploading or modifying the LMS servers of e-Learning courses.
- Maintain system administration of servers and software with client support.
- Work closely with client to ensure the services are available and fully operational on the enterprise networks.
- Maintain an awareness of any cyber issues that may affect the system delivery or unauthorized access to the system.
