ASB Contract Overview

GSA Alliant Small Business (ASB) is a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The scope of the GSA Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated information technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies that may emerge during the life cycle of the contract.

GSA Alliant supports all regional and global IT requirements through best-in-class solutions and is available for use by all departments and agencies of the U.S. federal government. Small business subcontracting goals ensure extensive participation by all small business categories. Alliant has a base period of five years and one five-year option for a total of ten contract years, and has a $50B ceiling.

Contract Overview

IT Schedule 70 is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. It is an IT procurement vehicle that offers a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art IT products, services, and solutions. Approximately 80 percent of IT Schedule 70 contract holders are small businesses.  Today, IT Schedule 70 is the largest procurement vehicle and the most widely-used acquisition offering in the federal government. Nearly one-third of all MAS contractors are available through IT Schedule 70’s Special Item Numbers (SINs).

Contract Overview

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) facilitates electronic procurement of engineering, technical, and programmatic support services by the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR), as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for customized services to meet the needs of geographically dispersed organizations with diverse product requirements and missions. Under this IDIQ contract, Ventura may compete for up to 75,000 Task Orders (TOs) totaling $10 billion over 15 years.

Quality Assurance Plan

Quality has been the cornerstone of Ventura’s on-going success and retention of clients. Our commitment to effectively implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) on each task we perform is fully supported by corporate management.

Ventura has an established QA/QC Program that has been effectively leveraged on our projects to provide quality IT Solutions and Support services to the Veterans Affairs, Department of State, Air Force, Army, and other DOD and Civilian clients. Ventura’s continuous improvement initiatives are driven by internal review, client feedback, and use of established business practices have resulted in exceptional performance.

The Quality Control Program follows CMMI- Certified and industry best practices that allow Ventura to provide our customers with quality services and products that meet and exceed Navy standards. Ventura’s QA Manager will ensure that Ventura adhere to all QA/QC processes.

Ventura will use the quality process on delivery orders to:

  • Ensure implementation of programs, processes, and guidance as defined by our Corporate CMMI- Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness and appropriateness of the service delivery process and programs
  • Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and ensure correction of deficiencies
  • Provide products and services that are efficient, effective, and in compliance with policy and guidance
