Executive Leadership

Michael J. Sierra is the President and CEO of The Ventura Group. A Vietnam Veteran with a thirty-year career in the Infantry as a Senior Army officer, Mr. Sierra founded The Ventura Group in 1995.

Mr. Sierra’s experience at the highest levels of government, supporting joint and combined operations, gave him a strong foundation and the insights to launch a company that has been highly responsive, from day one, to our customer’s mission and culture. For the last two decades Mr. Sierra’s focus has been customer service excellence and the continuous growth of the firm and its employees.

Ms. Elizabeth Harrison brings over thirty years of successful technical, managerial, and organizational experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology. Ms. Harrison’s career has evolved from Human Resources and organizational behavior expertise into technical, managerial, and leadership roles in technology companies providing integrated solutions to both commercial and public sectors. For approximately twenty years Ms. Harrison has held executive roles in IT and Telecommunications Professional Services companies providing solutions to the Federal government. These roles included corporate finance, marketing, proposal management and overall corporate strategy for capture and growth.

Mr. Eduardo Pasquier, Chief Operating Officer (COO), joined The Ventura Group in December 2007, and manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Pasquier has over thirty years of managerial and technical experience covering a variety of technical fields, including program and project management, applications training, communications and systems integration in all areas of Information Technology.  His extensive administrative experience includes financial management and accounting. He oversees monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensures that accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, payroll, cash management and banking procedures are carried out properly throughout the year. He is also responsible for managing finances and other company operations, including quality control, personnel matters, and internal systems and business processes. Mr. Pasquier oversees the human resources functions, including staff recruiting, benefits administration, policy development as well as facilities infrastructure issues including administrative staff and office environment.

Mr. Pasquier is an effective contributor to the development of the company’s strategic plan, developing annual operating budgets and operating policies that support the company’s policies and objectives. In addition, he is involved in contract negotiations, resolving contractual issues, and developing pricing and proposal strategies for contract bidding, as well as involved in sales, marketing and public relations for the company. Prior to joining The Ventura Group, Mr. Pasquier served in many senior level positions for Impact Innovations Group, Panacea, and CEXEC where he assisted in developing Program Management Offices for different government agencies.

Management Team

Ms. Gervis is an Accounting Department Manager at The Ventura Group, Inc. where she is responsible for management and oversight of all accounting operations of the firm.   She is a seasoned accounting professional with over thirty years of experience and a solid track record in private and public accounting, both the US and international, including ten years of experience working with companies providing government contracting services.

Ms. Gervis adopts a customer and business-centric approach that ensures that the accounting function is well aligned to support the current and evolving needs of the business.

Mr. Jeff Harrison, Director of Business Development, joined The Ventura Group in September 2015, and manages the business development, capture and special programs for the company. Mr. Harrison has over thirty-five years of experience in the Information Technology fields spanning from Telecommunications/Data Communications engineering early in his career, with Cooke Laboratories, The Dynatech Corporation and French based OST, Inc. Mr. Harrison’s engineering experience covered Automated Secure Voice Telecommunications platforms, and Data Communications/Data Transmission products for secure and non-secure solutions for both commercial and military applications. Later in his career, while working with Plantronics, Franklin Datacom and Adtran, Mr. Harrison moved into corporate management for sales, marketing strategies and business development. This enabled Mr. Harrison to exercise his broad Information Technology knowledge in both the commercial and Government/DOD markets by leveraging these varied experiences.
