Evaluating the client's existing network infrastructure and identifying system requirements is the key to any successful Praxis implementation. Ventura provides the tools and expertise necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation of all clients' requirements in order to indentify the best implementation scenario and its related hardware and software.

dot Praxis EMR Project Management
For each Praxis implementation, we develop an implementation plan that is customized for each client based on all the requirements identified during evaluation. Each project is assigned a project manager who will manage all aspects of the Praxis implementation and coordinate tasks with all parties involved.

This is the execution phase of the implementation plan. Ventura provides all the technical services required to complete the installation and configuration of Praxis software and all related components. Some of the tasks required in any Praxis implementation include:

Utilizing Terminal services or Citrix is the only option available for Praxis clinics that need remote access to Praxis from anywhere or for clinics with two or more locations. Ventura's Praxis engineers are also Microsoft / Citrix certified engineers with the skills and knowledge to design and implement Microsoft terminal services or Citrix systems solutions to allow Praxis clients a complete
remote / web based access to Praxis EMR from any location using any internet based device.

What is Praxis EMR
Praxis EMR v.4 is the only EMR which fully complements and fully supports the art and science of the practice of medicine. Praxis v.4 supports complex techniques and thought processes utilized in developing and managing a treatment plan. While all other EMRs support only the Business Case, each relying on templates to do the doctors' thinking, Praxis EMR is the only EMR which supports the Physician Case, the work that only the doctor can do.

Ventura has a strategic partnership with CTI under which Ventura provides the Praxis technical expertise to Design, Install and Support CTI's Praxis EMR medical clients with three or more providers.
